Happy Friday! I hope that you all enjoyed Halloween. Regardless of which end of the candy bowl you are on, it’s one of those holidays that’s fun for all ages. Both my kiddos hauled in a lot of treats and we are trying really hard to limit them to just 2-3 pieces a day. Jackson has enough candy to literally last him an entire year, but I will definitely help him put a dent in it. Ha!
No sooner than Halloween ended, the emails started to pour in about the holidays. I’m trying not to get ahead of myself. I don’t like the feeling of “rushing” through any holiday. Thanksgiving is all about gathering with family and friends and I cherish this weekend. We always get our Christmas Tree on the Sunday after Thanksgiving and I love bookending Thanksgiving with Christmas in one weekend!
Calendars start filling up very quickly this time of year, and there are a few key dates (think shopping) that I want to start preparing for. I’m going to be creating Holiday Gift Guides and the planning started, like um yesterday. So please don’t hate me when you start seeing blog posts with gift ideas, I want to publish them in plenty of time for inspiration! Have a wonderful weekend xo
