Happy Friday! It feels so amazing to be starting the weekend today. I’m writing to you from our sunroom with a Cosmopolitan cocktail next to me. I feel like celebrating a little because this week was so productive! We continued to make progress with cleaning up our backyard, garage and mini barn. Kerry even took a day off work to dedicate to our spring cleanup. It was that major.
Other highlights of the week included a day-trip to the New York Botanical Garden. Chihuly, the American sculptor known for his enormous glass blown spheres, has an exhibit there. All in all, there were 20 installations. Totally fabulous! I took lots of photos and will blog about it.
Finally, if you are a regular visitor to Connecticut in Style, you will have noticed some changes to the blog site. The most remarkable one is that the posts have been truncated. So now, instead of having to scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the next post, you can quickly pick and choose which posts you want to read. I also thought that this would make it easier for you to quickly catch up with previous posts if you don’t have a chance to visit daily. There are more enhancements coming next week, stay tuned!
Have a wonderful weekend xo
