Happy Friday! We welcomed the month of June this week. I’m ready for warm sun, cold beer, and summer reading. Don’t forget that Father’s Day is quickly approaching and I have some fun blog posts with ideas and inspiration to celebrate that special Dad in your life.
A long holiday weekend made for a short week that flew by, but it was super productive. With the help of a crew, we got a major yard cleanup completed. I also made several trips to the dump (glamorous I know) and to a local consignment store. I’ve learned to do “toy purging” while my kiddos are in school. Catherine has been surprisingly practical about agreeing to part with items that she has outgrown. But still, I didn’t have the heart to pack up her things in front of her.
Speaking of the Missus, today is Catherine’s last day of preschool and it’s truly bittersweet. Our daughter literally skipped into school everyday and said her good-byes over her shoulder because she was so eager to start her day. She’s had an amazing experience under the loving guidance of her teachers and we will miss them. I hope you have a wonderful weekend xo
