Happy Friday everyone! I’m a little late to the blogging party today. But, let me begin by saying that I wish every weekend could start this way. My day kicked off with breakfast at a local Country Club followed by the Near and Far Aid Designer House Tour. My friends and I toured five exclusive homes in Fairfield, Southport and Westport, Connecticut. We had a fabulous girlfriend-day that included a long lunch at Terrain and was bookended with beautiful spaces.

I took a ton of photos that I will share with you next week. In addition to the Near and Far Aid Tour, also taking place this weekend is the Dogwood Festival. If you live in Connecticut, this is a really great festival to attend. There is food, music and a ton of artisans selling handmade crafts – bring your kiddos!

And of course, Mother’s Day is this Sunday. I am hoping that we can escape for most of the day and spend some time together as a family. To all the Mamas out there, I hope you have a very happy Mother’s Day!
