Happy Friday! We’re having a Nor’easter today. It started raining and then snowing. Whatever it is doing, it is doing it sideways. So typical of Connecticut to have these insane weather fluctuations.

I am praying to the weather gods that we will get a break this weekend. I’m taking Catherine to the city with another Mom and her daughter. We’re going to Gulliver’s Gate (I learned about this place from my friend Jenn Record’s awesome blog) and then to American Girl. It took me FOREVER to make reservations at the American Girl Cafe and I’ll be so disappointed to let that reservation go! Keep your fingers crossed for us.

The highlight of our week was Catherine’s 6th Birthday Party. I have some adorable photos that I hope to share next week. The star of the party was a Unicorn Cake made by Alina’s Cakes and Cookies. It was two-tiers, and as delicious as it looks! Have a wonderful weekend xo
