Last week I feel so fortunate to have been able to cross an item off my bucket list. A visit to the Grand Canyon with my family. We’ve been planning this trip for a few months and it felt surreal to see the Grand Canyon for the first time. In preparation for our trip, I did a little retail therapy. I was in search of an outfit to wear that would blend in with the natural landscape.
At first, I was thinking about a turquoise or white dress. But the moment I saw this jumpsuit, I couldn’t resist it. Even though I have never been to the Grand Canyon, I have seen photos of the red rocks. I bought the jumpsuit and kept my fingers crossed that the brick red flowers with touches of white and green would work.
I can’t find this exact jumpsuit (sorry guys!), so here are links to some similar ones that I really like:
From Anthropologie: Rosanna Floral Jumpsuit
From Nordstrom Rack: EMORY PARK Halter Neck Floral Jumpsuit
I know that floral clothing is not for everyone. If you follow my blog, you might remember that I blogged about the latest fashion trends that are back, read it HERE. One of them was floral clothing. If you have stepped inside any clothing store in the past month or so, you probably have seen a ton of floral clothing. Amirite? Personally, I like the large print florals.
Big Canyon + Big Floral Jumpsuit
I love, love, love this jumpsuit! It transitions so easily from casual to dressy with a simple change of shoes. I’m including images of me wearing it with 4″ black leather heels and black patent leather flats.
