I find that in the summertime, I need less of everything. This applies to my clothes, my shoes and my handbag. I usually leave my handbag in the car and just grab my wallet and mobile phone. On date nights, however, I take a few more items with me and that’s why cross body bags are so appealing. In addition to being practical and compact – they are such a cute way to accessorize your outfit. For a cross body bag to earn a place in my closet, it has to have 1) an adjustable strap (I am 5′ 9″ so this is important) 2) have enough room for my phone, credit cards, some cash, keys and lip gloss and 3) have an interesting detail that sets it apart. I’m really loving the bags with the chain strap and the quilted designs are so classic and elegant.
