Architectural Digest Home Design Show 2015 – Connecticut in Style
I’m especially looking forward to this week because on Thursday, March 19th I am attending the 14th Annual Architectural Digest Home Design Show in New York City. In addition to thousands of square feet of design inspiration and new products for the home, the show offers such things as culinary demos in the latest high tech kitchens and design lectures from industry experts. Each day of this 4-day show is packed with many wonderful things to see and do for design enthusiasts. I am super excited about the keynote lecture on Thursday afternoon presented by Architectural Digest Editor in Chief Margaret Russell who will lead a discussion with designers Alessandra Branca and Alex Papachristidis about how they’ve expanded their brands and amassed fans through social media. As a new blogger, I am interested in their expert advice on how to turn digital resources such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest into tools for business as well as sources of inspiration. On a personal note, because I was born in Manhattan, it always feels great to “go home” even just for a day. I miss the city so much, but am grateful that we live only an hour north of it so I can take advantage of these great events. Scroll down for more information about the show.
