Pastry chef-owner of sherry b dessert studio, Sherry Blockinger, is hosting Greenspan as part of her “sb studio sessions” series that welcomes artists in the food world and beyond to the studio. Blockinger will moderate a Q&A with Greenspan, who has been called the “culinary guru” of baking in The New York Times, a “revered icon” who has created more than 300 cookie recipes.
The patisserie chef will divulge baking tips and secrets for her most mouth-watering creations, including They Might be Breakfast Cookies packed with raisins, dried apples and cranberries, and oats; the intriguing Pink-Peppercorn Thumbprint; and the World Peace Cookie, a dessert with 59 million fans.
